When you are seeking to “try before you buy” and may not have the ability to place headcount on your payroll, you can leverage our firm to payroll the employee and bear the costs of employment while you evaluate the skills and capabilities of the individual.  Generally this approach establishes a specific duration of time for the duration of the temporary assignment with the option to hire the individual at the end of the assignment.  Depending on the duration of the assignment there is conversation fee if hired prior to the end of the temporary assignment.
